Everything you build sits on the foundation. Get it wrong and every problem that follows traces back to it: cracks, settling, water intrusion. We handle the full scope, from excavation and footings to the finished foundation, so your build starts on solid ground and stays there.
What We Do
- Slab Foundations – monolithic and floating slabs for homes, garages, and shops
- Crawl Space Foundations – footings and stem walls built to spec
- Basement Foundations – full digs, walls, and waterproofing
- Footings – precise, code-compliant footings for any structure
- Garage & Shop Pads – level, reinforced, and ready to build on
- Foundation Drainage – french drains and waterproofing to keep water out
Why the Foundation Is Not the Place to Save Money
Foundation problems are the most expensive problems a building can have. Repairing a settled or cracked foundation costs many times more than building it right the first time. We compact the soil properly, pour footings to exact depths, reinforce to code, and manage water from day one. It’s the one part of your build you should never have to think about again.

Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on your soil, the structure, your budget, and local conditions. Slabs are cost-effective for garages and shops, while crawl spaces and basements suit homes on sloped or wet sites. We’ll walk you through the options during the site visit.
Yes. Foundations require permits and inspections in South Carolina, and we manage that process from start to finish. Every foundation we build meets or exceeds local code.
Most residential foundations take 1 to 3 weeks including excavation, forming, pouring, and cure time. Weather and inspections can affect the schedule, and we keep you updated throughout.
Water management starts before the pour. We grade the site to drain away from the structure, install foundation drains where needed, and apply waterproofing on basement and stem walls. Dry foundations are not luck, they’re planning.
